OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair James Warlick has appealed to the Azerbaijani and Armenian Presidents on Twitter, APA reports.
He challenged the presidents to stop violence along the Line of Contact: “I appeal to the Presidents to stop the violence along the Line of Contact and commit to negotiations”.
