A delegation led by Commander of the Special Forces of the Turkish Armed Forces, General Lieutenant Zekai Aksakalli has arrived in Azerbaijan on a visit.
The delegation visited the grave of nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev in the Alley of Honor, the Alley of Martyrs and the Turkish Martyrs’ Memorial.
The visit will end on November 8.
This is the first visit of Zekai Aksakalli to Azerbaijan in the capacity of the Special Forces Commander
