A delegation led by Commander of the Special Forces of the Turkish Armed Forces, General Lieutenant Zekai Aksakalli will pay a visit to Azerbaijan on November 5-8, military sources told APA.
This will be his first visit to Azerbaijan in the capacity of the Special Forces Commander
