Speaker of Azerbaijan`s Parliament Ogtay Asadov has met a delegation led by Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia Hun Sen.
Asadov stressed the importance of boosting relations between Azerbaijan and Cambodia. The Speaker also said Azerbaijan was ready to develop overall cooperation with Cambodia.
The Azerbaijani Speaker expressed confidence that this visit would contribute to expanding cooperation between the two countries.
The Speaker stressed the importance of establishing the friendship groups in the legislative bodies of both countries.
Asadov also highlighted Azerbaijan`s development over the last 10 years.
Hun Sen said Cambodia was interested in boosting relations with Azerbaijan. He also stressed the importance of a document aimed at encouraging investment making that will be signed between the two countries.
