Rahimova Ulviyya Faig was born in Baku city in 1987. During 1993-2004, she has gone to school number 135. Then, after finishing the school, Miss Rahimova continued her studies for a bachelor’s degree in the faculty of International Law at Tafakkur University during 2004-2008. From 2009 to 2013, she has worked in the hot-line service of the Joint Working Group for the Implementation of International Human Rights Standards. From January 2014, Miss Rahimova is the executive director in the Human Rights XXI century-Azerbaijan foundation.
