Council of Europe Secretary General’s Special Representative to Azerbaijan Ms. Dragana Filipovic has arrived in Baku. Council of Europe’s Office in Baku told APA that Filipovic has already taken office.
Dragana Filipovic was born in Belgrade. She started her diplomatic career in 1988. She worked in Serbian Embassy in the U.S. in 2001. She was the Permanent Representative of Serbia to the Council of Europe.
Council of Europe Secretary General’s Special Representative to Azerbaijan Constantin Yerocostopoulos retired and left Baku in August, 2012.
