Azerbaijan’s Central Election Commission (CEC) has begun preparations for municipal elections to be held in the country in December.
Work has been carried out in the CEC on the clarification of electoral lists, further improvement of the conditions for ensuring the conduction of the electoral process at the level complying with modern standards, according to the Deputy Chairman of the CEC Natig Mammadov.
