The 18th meeting of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars Railway Project Coordination Council has today started in Baku.
The meeting was co-chaired by Azerbaijani Transport Minister Ziya Mammadov and Georgian Vice-Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Georgi Kvirikashvili.
The meeting focused on the issue of construction and reconstruction of Marabda-Kartsakhi section of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway.
