Posted by During its first decade of operation, the Diplomacy Training Program found its Manual gained a respected reputation as an authoritative and practical summary of the core information and skills taught by the Program. However, because the decade has also seen unprecedented activity on the international stage in relation to new international conventions, consultations and practices, the material in the Manual has needed continual updating to be relevant to practitioners working in civil society.
