President Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree on the establishment of “Pension of Azerbaijani President for I group disabled persons receiving social allowance for disabilities caused by a general disease, in the military service, an employment injury and an occupational disease, in the zone of military operations and during liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident”.
Under the Decree, I group disabled persons will have a monthly social allowance of AZN 60.
The pension will be paid by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The Decree will come into effect on 1 April 2014.
